Mcoupon: Terms and Conditions
- Mcoupon is a discount coupon that a customer receives via SMS and/or email from one or more of the participating stores and brands of Landmark Group in India. The Mcoupon is valid and can be redeemed only for the brand(s) or at the store(s) as specified therein.
- In order to redeem the Mcoupon, a customer will be required to present at the time of billing the Mcoupon SMS/email containing a unique code, along with his/her mobile number/Landmark Rewards membership number.
- Unless otherwise specified in the offer, each Mcoupon can be redeemed only towards one purchase invoice and is non-transferable.
- Each Mcoupon shall be valid for a certain period as specified therein. The validity of the Mcoupon cannot be extended if not redeemed within the specified period.
- Once redeemed, the Mcoupon can neither be re-issued nor reversed. No cash shall be refunded nor shall any credit note be issued in part or full against an Mcoupon already redeemed.
- If subsequent to redemption of an Mcoupon, a customer purchase is cancelled or if a customer returns the item(s) in the purchase, the discount value of the Mcoupon used for such purchase will neither be refunded nor re-issued to such customer.
- If an Mcoupon is redeemed towards a purchase invoice containing multiple items and one of those items is returned by a customer, the discount extended under the Mcoupon on such returned item cannot be transferred or adjusted towards the remaining items in the purchase.
- Offers under an Mcoupon cannot be used for purchase of gift voucher or gift card or e-gift voucher.
- The offer under an Mcoupon cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount. No loyalty points will be awarded for or earned on any purchases made by redeeming the offer under an Mcoupon.
- An Mcoupon cannot be redeemed towards purchase of jewellery and other items as may be excluded from time to time by participating stores and brands of Landmark Group in India.
- The group companies of Landmark Group will not be responsible or liable in any manner for any misuse/loss of Mcoupon sent to the customer.
- The terms and conditions governing Mcoupon as mentioned herein or elsewhere are final and binding on all customers.
- The Companies forming part of the Landmark Group reserve the right to change, cancel and modify any/all the terms and conditions of the Mcoupon at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
- The group companies of Landmark Group reserve the right to withdraw any one or all of the Mcoupons issued by them without prior notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability.
- All the terms and conditions are subject to the Indian law and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangalore Courts.
